This file is built and audited, but it has not passed phone testing and is not ready to deliver. We do not take money for something we cannot hand over.

Built without formulas that break in Google Sheets. The phone import test has not been run yet.

The problems this fixes

  • Orders scattered across WhatsApp, one always forgotten
  • Can't remember who paid which deposit
  • Customer arrives to collect — the balance was never worked out

What you get

  • 400-row order register: customer, item, quantity, price, dates
  • Enter the deposit — the balance calculates itself
  • PAID / UNPAID / DEPOSIT status with automatic colours
  • Monthly summary plus a 12-month trend chart
  • Filter by status to see who still owes a balance

Common questions

Can I use it on a phone?

The files are deliberately built without formulas that break in Google Sheets (no XLOOKUP, LET or spill formulas), so they should import and open in the Microsoft Excel app (Android/iOS) or Google Sheets (File > Import). Being straight with you: we have not yet run the import test on a real phone, so we cannot promise every chart and dropdown survives the import. If anything breaks, WhatsApp us — we fix it or refund you.

Do I need to be good at Excel?

No. You only type in the WHITE cells. GREY cells hold the formulas and calculate themselves.

How do I clear the example data?

Use the included '_KOSONG' (blank) file — it is already empty. Keep the sample file as a reference.

Is there a password?

No. Sheets are protected without a password so formulas cannot be deleted by accident. You can unprotect them yourself (Review > Unprotect Sheet) if you want to modify the file.
