ARTEYULABS · BUSINESS PROPOSAL
We write your business's financing paper the way the bank reads it.
Applying for financing from a bank or a DFI such as TEKUN, MARA or BSN? We turn your business profile, market and projections into one working paper a credit assessor can assess - written by a former bank credit assessor. For small businesses and SMEs. Commercial proposals for a bigger customer come from the same desk.
Available nowFrom RM500
Who this is for
The four situations that most often arrive at this desk. If any one of them sounds like you, this work is for you.
- 01
“I want to apply for a loan and the bank wants records” - and the form asks for a business plan you have never written.
- 02
The bank has asked for a working paper, it is due next week, and all you have is bank statements and the story in your head.
- 03
You are selling to a bigger customer - a company, an agency, a main contractor - and need a proposal that can be assessed, not just admired.
- 04
You submitted one yourself and were declined, and cannot tell which part the assessor did not believe.
Packages & pricing
Available nowBusiness plans, kertas kerja and financing submissions. We turn your numbers into a case an assessor can actually read - not a pretty file with nothing inside it.
| Package | Price | What the client gets |
|---|---|---|
| Commercial proposal packStraightforward | RM500–900 | A commercial proposal, scope of work and the reasoning behind your pricing - for a business selling to a bigger customer. This one has to sell, so it is fully designed. |
| Kertas kerja pinjaman - starterModerate | RM800–1,500 | A working paper for TEKUN, MARA, BSN or another bank or DFI scheme: business profile, market section, simple projections, and the request laid out the way an assessor reads it. 5–7 working days. |
| Full financing packComplex | RM1,800–2,800 | A complete business plan, a live Excel financial model (P&L, cash flow, DSR view), and a document set ready to go to the bank. |
| International business plans (Upwork)Scope-dependent | US$150–500 | Fixed-price plans and lender-ready projections for overseas clients. |
We prepare the best document your real numbers allow. Nobody can guarantee a bank will approve - and anyone who says they can is someone to walk away from.
What sets the price
The price moves with how hard the work is, not with how big your business is. These five things move it inside the ranges above - and you get the exact number before we start, not after.
- How many months of records must be rebuilt before a projection can stand on anything
- How many products, branches and bank accounts have to go into the numbers
- Whether the projection is built from nothing, or has existing records to rest on
- Which scheme you are applying to - each has its own forms, conditions and running order
- Whether the document has to be fully designed to sell, or plain Word and Excel for a bank
What is inside the working paper
Every financing paper we write ships with these sections. Different banks and agencies want them in a different order, but the contents are the same - and the part they read first always comes first.
- 01
Executive summary - one page, and often the only page read in full
- 02
Business and owner profile: SSM registration, ownership structure, operating history
- 03
Products or services, pricing, and the real per-unit margin
- 04
Market and competitors: who buys, and why they buy from you
- 05
Daily operations: premises, equipment, people, and who does what
- 06
Financial position rebuilt: profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow
- 07
A 12–36 month projection, with every assumption written out - not buried inside a formula
- 08
The amount requested, what each ringgit is for, and the repayment schedule
- 09
Debt service ratios (DSR/DSCR) - the number the credit officer works out before answering
- 10
The credible risks, and what your plan is if they happen
- 11
Appendices: SSM, bank statements, supplier quotations, premises photos, licences
One financing proposal, four designs
A specimen RM1.80 million financing proposal for an invented food factory. The content and figures are the same in all four; only the design changes. 141 pages in all. Tap a design to open six selected pages.
What is inside
- 01
Executive summary: the amount requested, what it is for, and the three figures that decide the case, all on the first two pages
- 02
The company: profile, management, products and production, and three years of past financial performance
- 03
The market: market and competitors, a SWOT with actions, and the business model
- 04
Project and financing: the new factory, a three-facility structure, use of funds and repayment terms
- 05
Finance and risk: a five-year projection, repayment capacity ratios (FSCR), scenario tests and collateral
- 06
Implementation and close: the implementation schedule, the contribution to the local economy, and the request to the bank
What you get
When we write yours as part of the Full financing pack:
A financing proposal as a PDF, in one of these four designs, chosen by you
Your own company's name, figures and photographs, not illustrations
Every figure taken from the same Excel projection, so the paper and the workbook never disagree
A first two pages that answer the credit officer's questions: how much, what for, can it be repaid, and what secures it
Charts of the use of funds, FSCR by scenario and the lowest cash balance, drawn from your figures
The company, bank and figures in this specimen are invented, and every page is marked CONTOH (specimen).
A real kertas kerja, as a sample
A financing paper we wrote for a hotel - the extended edition, 46 pages, submitted to a financing agency. Our papers run to at least 25 pages. The client's name, address and figures are withheld. Four pages are shown, in three designs we cut specifically for that client.
Pick a look
Your paper comes out in the look you choose. This is our library: twenty-one designs, the same demo report inside every one of them, so the only thing that changes is the design. Scroll right, tap any of them to see its first three pages.
The contents are a demo; your own document carries your own numbers in the look you choose. If none of them fits, we can cut a design specifically for you - as we did for the hotel paper above.
How the work runs
1 · Intake - the Six Forcing Questions
A structured question script that gets the real numbers, real customers and the real repayment story out before a single sentence is written. No answers, no engagement.
2 · Draft
A document system that understands SSM entity types, SST, PDPA, CCRIS/CTOS realities, how DSR/DSCR is read, and Islamic financing structures.
3 · Verify
Scheme terms and official facts are checked against original sources the week the document ships - not from memory.
4 · Deliver
Word and Excel for banks, because banks read substance not decoration. A designed PDF where the document has to sell. One revision round included.
Where this work sits
A paper written on top of records with holes in them stalls on the assessor's desk. If the records do not exist yet, start at Nadi Rekod. If the numbers are not clear yet, start at Business Analysis. It is one path - ending in numbers a bank can read.

What this work does not do
- We write the document; the decision stays with the bank or agency. No fee is charged based on approval.
- The figures in the paper come from your documents. If the records are not enough for a projection to stand on, we say so early - and suggest Nadi Rekod first.
- We are not a licensed accounting or legal firm. Statutory accounts, audit, tax and agreements are referred to a licensed firm.
- Scheme terms and rates are checked against official sources the week the document ships. A figure not yet verified is marked, not guessed.
