Why an ex-banker builds spreadsheets
Years of assessing credit papers teach one thing: many small businesses don't fail on product. They fail because nobody sees the numbers — profit that is actually loss, stock that ties up cash, arrears nobody collects. A banker watches this every day, from the other side of the desk.
ArteyuLabs exists to put that discipline into tools people can afford: Excel systems costing tens of ringgit that do the work of systems costing thousands, financing documents written the way assessors read them, and — because this operator is also a parent — books and printables for Malaysian children.

Assessing credit papers and accounts — watching daily, from the other side of the desk, how small businesses lose grip of their numbers.
ArteyuLabs runs after hours: 30 audited Excel workbooks, three children's books, one service desk. Every status labelled honestly.
Full-time. A date that is set and stated — not “someday”.
The full shelf: 20 systems opened one by one, each passing its audit before it is sold.

Build, then audit
Every Excel system goes through an automated audit — every formula evaluated in desktop Excel, every error cell counted. The audit results are kept as evidence files.
Honest about status
What's finished is called finished. What isn't is labelled “in development”. No invented testimonials, no fake counters.
Deliberately bilingual
Business products lead in BM because that's the language the buyer thinks in. English business terms stay English — cash flow is cash flow.
Phone first
Everything is tested on a phone over mobile data, because that is where our customers actually are.
