NADI REKOD · RECORD RECONSTRUCTION
We rebuild the records that were never kept.
Bank statements, receipts and notes on a phone become one balanced set of books - and a report that explains where the money went. You receive the workbook itself, not only our conclusion.

Who this is for
One situation repeats in almost every conversation: the business runs, money comes in, but there is nothing anyone else could read.
- 01
A bank or financing agency has asked for twelve months of records, and all that exists is bank statements.
- 02
Business money and personal money share one account, so nobody knows the real profit.
- 03
Records were kept once, then stopped - and now there is an eight-month hole in the middle.
- 04
You need to know where the money went last year before deciding anything about this year.
Priced by how many months
Months set the base price; documents set the rest. A bank statement is text that can be read straight through, but every receipt and invoice has to be opened one at a time - two different jobs, so two different prices. A flat fee, confirmed before the work starts.

Priced by documents a month
The first two rows are the two prices already printed on the cards above - not a surcharge. Past 100 documents a month, the work of reading and matching each one grows, so the price grows with it.
| 50 documents a month or fewer | The first price on the card |
| 51 to 100 documents a month | The second price on the card |
| 101 to 300 documents a month | +RM30 per month of records |
| 301 to 600 documents a month | +RM90 per month of records |
| 601 to 1,000 documents a month | +RM180 per month of records |
| Over 1,000 documents a month | Quoted after a sample month |
The exact price is confirmed after we count one sample month. That month is charged and credited against the full job, so nobody works for free and no price moves after the work has started.
Need six months only? RM480 up to 50 documents a month, RM580 for 51 to 100. Just ask.
What changes the price
- More than one bank account, or an account mixed with personal money - still doable, it simply takes longer.
- Records that exist only as handwritten receipts with no bank statement.
- A large volume of loose receipts - we summarise them by category rather than keying each one. If every receipt must be recorded separately, that is quoted separately.
- Statutory accounts, audit and tax filing - that work is referred to a licensed firm, not done here.
- Submitting e-Invoices on your behalf. We prepare the records; submission stays with you.
Records first, then the rest
A financing paper written on top of incomplete records stalls on the assessor's desk. That is why the order runs this way and not the other.
- 1
Reconstruct the recordsthis page
Bank statements and receipts become one balanced set of books. This is where many businesses are stuck, and where we start.
- 2
Prepare the submission
Records already in order become a financing paper. That work sits on the Business Proposal page - and it is far faster once the books exist.
- 3
Keep the records going forward
Once the old records are done, Nadi Tunai carries them forward - the date cash drops below zero, and how many safe weeks come first.
Step 2 lives on Business Proposal, step 3 on Nadi Tunai. Both are for clients whose records are already in order.
What you receive
Twelve pages: a cover and eleven sections. This is a real sample built from the demo business - not a mockup, not an impression.
Every page is stamped CONTOH - sample. The figures belong to Deko Rasa Enterprise, a demo business engineered to teach rather than a customer. Your report carries your own.
Why the figures hold
Every figure in the report is computed by the workbook itself, not typed into a document.
What this work does not do
- Records are built from the documents you provide. A transaction that appears in no statement and no receipt will not appear, and the report says so openly.
- Lines that cannot be matched are not quietly swallowed - they are collected as not yet confirmed, and you identify them on the review call.
- This work makes your submission readable. It does not decide any lender's answer, and we do not charge based on approval.
- We are not a licensed accounting firm. Statutory accounts, audit and tax filing are referred to a licensed firm.
- The sample figures on this page come from a demo business engineered to teach, not from a real customer.
