Sixteen control packs, one toolchain
A range of Malay-language Excel control packs for Malaysian small businesses - a shop, a food seller, a homestay, a dropshipper, a tuition class, a freelancer - each shipped as a worked demo copy and a blank one.
formulas across the thirty shipped workbooks, all generated from one 6,992-line toolchain - so a single fix lands on every product rather than on one.

What was done
The whole range is generated from one Python toolchain, so a new niche is a spec entry rather than a workbook built from scratch. Every file is then audited back out of the build.
What usually kills a range like this is not the formulas, it is erosion. Ten of the control packs share only two of thirteen sheets, so each niche is genuinely a niche rather than a recoloured copy.
What was measured
Note. In the shop the list runs to twenty: sixteen products and four bundles.
