Every maze proved solvable
A rebuild of a maze book's interior in which every page is proved correct by a geometric checker before it is signed off, and every source image is locked to a SHA-256 hash.
geometric checks on one group of pages alone - 4,992 on the printed raster and 606 on the vector route - because an unsolvable maze is otherwise found by the child who tries it.

What was done
Each group of three pages is built, then a checker samples the rendered raster for wall and opening integrity and traces the actual vector solution route through the finished page. A maze cannot ship if the printed artwork and the intended solution do not agree.
The narrowest corridor allowed is 8.32 mm - the width a child's hand can draw through with a crayon, rather than a number picked because it looked tidy.
