Semakan Awal: bank statements read the way a bank's assessor reads them

The entry-level ArteyuLabs service: six months of bank statements go in, and within three working days a four-page report comes out on what a bank's assessor will see in that file. Its page carries a five-figure self-check, and the sample report can be downloaded.

What was done

The method was written first, before the service was sold: 28 checks in five groups, ordered the way an assessor reads a file - account conduct, sales, outgoings, capacity to repay, and whether the applicant's own figures agree with the statements.

The sample report is built around an invented business, chosen on purpose so that the verdict is not easy. Repayment cover passes, but household drawings are larger than the business surplus. That is the trap an assessor will find, and the report shows it.

The service page on this site carries a self-check: five figures are typed in, and the page answers with the first question an assessor will ask.
