An in-house AI skill library
A library of Claude Code skills, subagents and lifecycle hooks that writes down how this studio builds workbooks, documents, films, ads and websites - so the method is reusable rather than re-explained every time.
in-house skills, each carrying a trap that was paid for on real work rather than generic advice. The figure excludes 127 vendor skills that are installed but were not written here.

What was done
Forty-four domain skills written under one namespace, each a procedural document carrying the traps that were actually paid for on real jobs - the Excel formulas that look verified and are not, the Malay register that reads translated, the CSS a browser update can silently disarm.
What separates it from notes is that it runs. Seventy-nine executable scripts live inside those skills, eleven subagent definitions run hostile reviews over freshly finished work, and four lifecycle hooks run on their own - one of which blocks any write carrying a Malay word until the language skill has been loaded.
