A complete financing pack, invented company
A complete bank financing submission for an invented food factory applying for RM1.8 million: the paper, a projection workbook, a slide deck and a covering letter - in two designs and two languages.
of the body content is identical across both designs. Only the look changes - so a buyer picks a design by looking at it rather than by trying to describe one.

What was done
One content module is pushed through two independent designs and two languages, so the same 19-section argument comes out as a 38-page prospectus or a 29-page submission edition without anyone retyping a sentence.
Charts are drawn as vector artwork at build time rather than pasted in as pictures. There is not one raster in the 268 pages, so type stays sharp at any zoom and the files stay small enough for a bank's mail server.
The same figures drive the Excel projection, so the paper and the workbook cannot disagree - a problem that kills more applications than a weak number does.
What was measured
Note. The applicant is an invented company, Warisan Beku Food Industries Sdn. Bhd., and every file is named Contoh or Specimen.
