A 33-second TikTok ad with an AI-generated presenter
A vertical UGC-style ad for the Small Business Control Pack: a presenter talks straight to camera in casual Malay, with karaoke captions, stickers and handwriting around her. Published on TikTok, Instagram and Threads on 22 September 2026.
eight-second shots with the same face, and no caption, sticker or handwriting ever covers it.

What was done
Four eight-second shots generated with Veo 3.1, with the same face carried from shot to shot. Two were generated again: one because the expression at the end of the line was wrong, a smile where the sentence needed doubt, and one because the word file came out sounding like fail.
The annotation layer is written in Python rather than assembled by hand in a video editor. The presenter's face is measured on every frame, and no caption, sticker or handwriting is allowed into that face zone. The text on the wall sits behind the presenter through a per-frame matte, so it reads as part of the room.
The karaoke timing is read out of the audio itself, word by word, then matched to the script's spelling. The captions carry the right spelling but land on the voice's real timing.
What was measured
Note. The presenter in this film is AI-generated: not a real person, not a customer and not a testimonial. The AI label is switched on in all three posts.
